3 Quick Apply Full-time 3 hours ago Full Job Description Purpose of Your Job Position The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the Residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by our caregivers.
Such supervision must be in accordance with current state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Health Services to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Duties/
Responsibilities:
Assessment, treatment, and resident care responsibilities.
Supervises Care Associates as assigned.
Assess the resident's health status and health-care needs.
Monitor identified medical conditions, clinical behavior, nutritional status, personal hygiene, the resident's response to treatment and nursing care, and his/her daily activity level.
Administer medications, renewals and supplies.
Manage medical emergencies.
Document nursing services provided in the EMAR.
Work with Director of Health Services to develop community medical referral resources and maintain ongoing communication with those providers.
Communicate health care findings to the physician and alert others involved with the resident's care to changes in status.
Work with Social Services to coordinate necessary health-care services outside the facility Serve as an advocate to assist the residents with problem resolution.
Education Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing Current NJ License is RN Experience At least 2 years' full-time experience with long -term care, assisted Living, home health or hospital setting (preferred) Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
