3 Quick Apply 3 hours ago Full Job Description RETENTION BONUS PAID PER PAYCHECK ALL SHIFT The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned Resident's with routine daily nursing care services in accordance with the Resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
Responsibilities:
Provides activities of daily living assistance to the residents, as directed from each Resident Service Plan assessment, and related duties as per assignment sheet.
Reads the communication log for general resident information as well as information specific to one's assignment sheet.
Reports all accidents and incidents immediately.
Prioritize tasks to ensure optimum services to residents as requests and/or needs change.
Assist Resident in personal nursing care function such as mouth care, dressing, bathing and nail care.
Assist Resident with bowel and bladder functions (i.
e.
, take to bathroom, offer bedpan/urinal, portable commode, etc.
) Assist Residents in preparing for activity and social programs (i.
e.
, church services, parties, visitors, etc.
).
Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting Residents into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheel chairs, lifts, etc.
Assist Residents to walk with or without self-help devices as instructed.
COVID-19 Vaccine Required Education:
High School Graduate Successful completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training course/Home Health Aide (HHA) training course or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) training course with current certification from the State of New Jersey Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
