Basic Job Functions:
Development of behavioral support plans and methodologies Monitoring and documenting client progress through data collection, summarizing and writing reports on a monthly and quarterly basis Completing periodic testing, assessments and observations of clients Participating in annual client ISP reviews and other team meeting discussions Attending psychiatric appointments with the monitoring and review of medication for clients served Assisting in the development of ISP plans with the interdisciplinary team Providing clinical support and guidance to Direct Support Professionals Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Health, or related field or RBT certification Knowledge of Microsoft Word with excellent report writing skills Ability to train on crisis management skills Ability to perform and train others on behavior support plans and methodologies
